We have been trying to find an Asphalt Release product that will work on some of the Ergon mixes that have been extremely sticky and have been adhering to the beds of the trucks.

We recently did a few demonstrations using Alderox ASA-12 and saw great results. We applied 3 pints of the product to each truck and we were able to run four loads without having to re-apply more product. These were amazing results considering we have only found Diesel somewhat effective. With Diesel, we are using at least 1/2 gallon and applying every time!

The trucks taking part in this demo were Red River live-bottom trailers. These trailers hold 28 tons of asphalt.

Because of the results of the demo and the superior service we have received from NAS/RCAI, we have purchased a trial amount of 100 gallons. If all goes well, we will be using ASA-12.

Recently we have been working with NAS/RCAI and their team in demonstration of their Asphalt Release product Alderox ASA-12.

Their team came out on three different occasions to demonstrate this product. We use several different types of asphalt and wanted to make sure their products would work on all of it.

We are very impressed. We have tried several different types of asphalt release with different price points. None of these products will allow us to yield multiple loads off of one application.

We recently were using an open grade PG 76NV 22 and had not been able to even get good results with Diesel. Alderox ASA-12 allowed us to run multiple loads with one application!

We are very happy with the results. We recently purchased some product for our Blue Diamond Facility.

To Kenner Rogers:

We recently had the opportunity to try Alderox KR-7 on our concrete forms. We were extremely pleased with the results.

The slight yellow tint was helpful in showing us that our forms were completely covered. KR-7 left no discoloration on our finished products and did not increase air bubbles on our smooth finishes.

I recommend any pre-cast company trying KR-7.

To Whom It May Concern:

We have purchased from North American Systems a product that we feel is superior to any other release agents on the market.

ASA-12 is an Asphalt Release that we used back in July on one of our projects. We were using a Stonemastic mix with 6.0% oil and could not get the mix to not adhere to the beds of our trucks. we tried a couple of different products and luckily found ASA-12.

Not only did it release the buildup but we were able to go at least two loads with one application. This was the stickiest mix we had seen and we feel the results we yielded were superior to any other release agent.

I can just imagine the amount of loads we would get with one application on a regular mix!

You can rely on North American Systems to not only bring you a superior product like ASA-12 but their service has been incredible.

RCAI,

We at UDOT would like you to know how pleased we are with your product. We have researched and have used many products from other companies. The products we have tried are all water-based products and evaporate very quickly, your ASA-12 product is very impressive, another nice thing is that we don't have to worry about mixing your product, it is ready to go.

We have wasted a lot of time and money mixing water to the other products and then not getting good results.

The application pumps and sprayers are very effective for us also, we now can throw the Hudson sprayers away and use yours that is fast, efficient and lasts.

Just wanted to inform you that the ASA-12 Asphalt Release Agent that we have been using is a great product. For the past year we have been using this material on our conveyor belt. In the past we have had problems with the asphalt sticking to the conveyor belt, but since we started coating the belt with ASA-12 prior to running the belt stays free of asphalt. The buildup that we once had is no longer there. It has saved us time and money, considering it takes days to clean. The Product is a money saver.

Subject: Adlerox ASA-12 Asphalt Release Agent

This letter is in regard to the demonstration and performance of the ASA-12 release agent. In September 2003, a team from NAS/RCAI provided a demonstration of the ASA-12 product at two of our power plant sites. The team was courteous and fielded all the questions our operations staff had as well as assisting our truckers in application of the product. The product was used on bottom dump trailers on two fast-paced projects. The ASA-12 was tested on two asphalt concrete mixes. One mix utilized a PG64-22 binder, and the other was a modified asphalt, PG 64-28. The product performed exceptional on both mixes. The truckers were particularly pleased with its performance. I was informed that the product even removed old asphalt that had accumulated in the corners of the truck beds. In summary, the product performed quite well and the professionalism and courtesy of the NAS/RCAI team was appreciated.

To Whom It May Concern:

Recently we had an opportunity to try ASA-12 on our paver equipment. We have had a hard time finding a product that not only will release but will also not be detrimental to the asphalt.

SA-12 not only released the build up on the pavers but we did not have to use much of it to see the effects. A fine mist is all that was needed.

We feel this is a superior product and would highly recommend it to anyone who is having problems with build up.
